A. Order Cancellations

B. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items (Replacement Protocol)
- Notification Window: If you receive a parcel with physical bottle leakage, damaged packaging, or an incorrect bottle size, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Evidence Required: Submit clear photographs or an unboxing video displaying the outer label and the damaged sealant bottle to info@puncturesolution.in or WhatsApp at +91 9953640641.
- Prompt Replacement: Upon verification, a brand new replacement unit will be dispatched at zero additional shipping cost to you.
C. Opened / Tampered Seal Policy
Due to chemical stability and safety standards, bottles whose inner security foil seals have been opened, punctured, or partially poured cannot be accepted for return or refund unless verified as chemically defective by our quality assurance laboratory.
D. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment source via Razorpay within 5 to 7 business days in compliance with standard Indian banking settlement cycles.
Puncture Solution is a preventative liquid sealant engineered to be installed before punctures occur. For optimal puncture sealing performance:
- Dosage Strictness: Always install the recommended quantity in milliliters specified in our official dosage chart for your specific tyre size (e.g., standard motorcycle: 250ml–350ml per tyre; passenger car: 400ml–500ml per tyre; commercial truck: 1500ml–2000ml per tyre).
- Installation Procedure: Deflate tyre completely, remove valve core with the provided valve tool, inject the measured sealant using the nozzle tube or applicator pump, reinstall valve core, and reinflate to manufacturer-recommended tyre PSI.
- Immediate Drive: Drive the vehicle immediately for 3–5 kilometers to allow centrifugal force to evenly coat the inner tread surface of the tyre.
Puncture Solution is formulated to seal normal tread area punctures up to 6mm in diameter caused by nails, thorns, screws, and sharp debris on road surfaces.
Exclusions from Warranty Coverage: Puncture Solution does not seal and is not intended to repair:
- Sidewall cuts, sidewall cracks, or punctures outside the tyre tread crown area.
- Blowouts, structural cord ruptures, or dry-rotted/bald tyres with worn tread below legal depth.
- Bead leaks caused by bent, corroded, or warped alloy/steel wheel rims.
- Tyres with faulty, deteriorated, or leaking valve stems.
Regular inspection of tyre pressure (PSI) and mechanical wheel alignment remains the driver's ongoing safety responsibility.
Information on our website regarding distributorships, territorial monopolies, sample kits, and profit margins is for marketing and preliminary inquiry purposes:
- No Automatic Franchise Grant: Submitting a dealership application does not constitute a legally binding franchise or territory allocation.
